LRALC has invested heavily in its website with the aim of ensuring that councils can access information, documents, and advice when and where they need it. Have you accessed the LRALC website during the last year?	Yes No Not sure

The Member Support System on the LRALC website is designed to allow Councils to place a query with us 24/7 by creating a “ticket” in the member’s only section.
It allows queries to be dealt with wherever LRALC staff are, and provides a permanent copy of advice given on specific issues.
