Email Issues Resolved
The LRALC office is receiving emails again as normal. The issue was with the server identifying a high level of outgoing emails as suspicious. There was no security breach.

IMPORTANT - LRALC Office Email Down
As of 12.15pm Tuesday 26th July the LRALC office email (admin@leicestershireandrutlandalc.gov.uk) is inaccessible. We are investigating the reason for this and will update here when we have resolved the issue, or identified the problem.
If you receive any email from the office email address that appears unusual please contact us by phone immediately.

Joint LRALC & Leics County Council Parish Conference Underway
The first face to face annual joint LRALC & Leics County Parish Conference for 3 years is underway! It is also the first hybrid conference we've run, meeting the challenges of the new world we live in. We have had over 100 delegates book to attend in person.

REMINDER - Sub £25,000 turnover councils - annual data sets due
A reminder to all small (sub £25,000 turnover) parish councils that the deadline to publish the annual data sets required by law is rapidly approaching.
The statutory deadline is 1st July each year and the following items must all be published on a website:
- All items of income and expenditure above £100.

We often get queries from members of the public and councillors alike regarding the role and powers of members of the public in parish council meetings.
