Reduced staffing levels

Unfortunately our long standing and utterly essential administration officer Kirstie (a title which doesn't cover a tenth of what she does for councils and LRALC) has suffered an unexpected close family bereavement and will not be present at work during a period of compassionate leave.

Kirstie is the voice of LRALC when you phone the office, and John and I deliver training, visit councils, etc. Although the phones can be answered remotely, clearly we can't if we are otherwise engaged. IF you get the answer machine please do leave a message. John and I get an instant email telling us we have a message, and if urgent can literally call you back from the next available layby.

If you have any messages that you wish us to pass on to Kirstie then please send them to the admin email address and we will pass them on.

A reminder that our office telephone opening hours are 08.30-14.30.

However, tickets (queries) sent through our ticket system will be answered well beyond this time, so if you need an urgent response please mark your ticket as "critical".
