Cost of Living/Medium Term Financial Planning

Course outline: The session is aimed at member councils of ALL sizes and will cover the unique circumstances and considerations facing local council when setting their budget and precept in the coming months. The course will look at the specific cost increases facing councils which must be considered, and give ideas of how to mitigate these whilst planning prudently for future operation.
