This 2 hour briefing session will give delegates an overview of the rules which govern parish and town councillors in relation to councillor conduct and member interests.

It covers Code of Conduct, Disclosable Pecuniary Interests, dealing with complaints about councillor conduct, dispensations, and other key areas.
