When is confidential session permitted? How do you go in and out of it lawfully? And how do you record the minutes?

A hands-on 2 hour face to face workshop helping to negotiate a tricky area of council business. Bring recent examples of agendas and minutes which include confidential sessions from your council to share and compare.

Suitable for clerks and assistants - new in post or more experienced.
